  • Please note: When you select a colour palette, you will receive all five shades included in that palette. You may mix and match multiple palettes if desired, but please keep in mind that each individual palette always includes five colours. For example, with the Mini Craft Bar (which includes 10 onesies), you may choose up to a maximum of two colour palettes.

  • Select a size range, and we will evenly distribute the onesies within that range in the chosen colour palette.

  • This is just a small preview of the themes we offer. If you would like to explore our full theme collection, please mention this in your inquiry form at the theme field. We will then include a complete theme catalogue with your quote. You can always choose to get a customized theme (see the add-ons section for this option).

    Upgrade your Onesie Bar experience with our Milestone Collection. Instead of blank onesies, your station will include pre-printed milestone numbers from 1 to 12 — beautifully marking each special month of baby’s first year. It includes all 12 milestone onesies (1-12 months) Guests can decorate around each number with delicate decals to create a personalized and meaningful design. The milestone numbers can be pre-pressed in the following colours: White, Grey, Black, Blue, Pink, Gold, or Brown.

2. FILL IN THE INQUIRY FORM BELOW TO GET YOUR QUOTE.

The quote will be send within 48 hours. Fill in the inquiry form as much detailed as possible to get your final breakdown. If any add-ons are selected at a later stage or any changes will be made later, the previously issued quote will become invalid and a new quote will be provided.

3. PAY THE RETAINER TO SECURE YOUR ONESIE BAR BOOKING.

Submitting the inquiry form and receiving the final quote does not constitute a binding reservation. The reservation is binding once the retainer has been received.

THE BOOKING: TIMEFRAME, CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING

Timeframe
We accept bookings up to two weeks prior to the event date. Rush bookings may be considered; however, they cannot be guaranteed as availability depends on product stock and scheduling. The later you book, the less certain availability becomes for your desired date.
We strongly recommend securing your booking as soon as possible by paying the retainer to ensure your date is reserved.

Cancelling
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to two weeks before the event date. After this period, the retainer would be withheld.

Rescheduling
Bookings may be rescheduled free of charge up to one weeks before the event date. After this period, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply, unless otherwise agreed upon.

WORKING PLACES & AREAS

The stations are available for events held at homes as well as external venues. Outdoor bookings are also possible, provided all facility requirements can be met. We operate within the GTA. Please note: we do charge travel fee.

THE RENTAL SUBJECTS

The bar set up, hangers, pressing mats, teflon sheets & heat press machines are for rental and can not be kept. The onesies and bibs can be kept.

THE PRICING

The prices listed above are base prices. Additional travel fees apply, and selecting add-ons will affect the final quote.

THE ATTENDEE(S)

The event will be attended by 1 or 2 attendees. The attendee(s) will be present the whole time and not leave the bar or heat press machine unattended.

THE ON-SITE CONTACT

An on-site contact person is required at the venue upon our arrival. This person will act as our point of contact, assist with directing us to the designated station location, and show us where the nearest power outlet is located.

The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival by this on-site contact person. And after the bar has been dismantled, all designed onesies will be handed over to this on-site contact person.

THE HEAT PRESS MACHINE

Due to safety reasons the heat press machine won't be used by the guests. The heat press machine will only be used by the attendee(s).

THE LOCATION & FACILITY REQUIREMENTS

We will provide all bar-related essentials, including the setup and decorative items. The required workspace we need to set up the bar is 7ft x 7ft, so please make sure this space is available. A power extension cord will also be supplied; however, a nearby power outlet is required. Please ensure this is discussed with your venue in advance before finalizing the station location.

THE ADD-ONS

THE THEMES
It's possible to get a fully custom made theme or get ready made clip arts from Etsy. In this case we will be adding pre-work fee which includes sizing and making it ready for print. The pre-work fees are outlined above.

ADDITIONAL ONESIES / BIBS
This is a mid way option to add additional onesies / bibs without upgrading in package. The additional costs are based on the quantity of the onesies and the increased time the attendees needs to be present.

THE MILESTONES COLLECTION
The themed decals will be smaller in size, allowing guests to choose multiple designs to decorate and fill the milestone numbers. When this option is selected, 12 onesies will be deducted from the chosen station option. The remaining quantity will be provided as blank onesies, which can still be designed using decals. When selecting the Mini Craft Bar, the total number of onesies is increased from 10 to 12 and there will be no option to add additional onesies or bibs.
